The minimum weight of the parcel to be paid is 0.5 kg, so the minimum delivery cost for every package is 7.50 USD.

The weight of the parcel is rounded up to 0.1 kg in a larger direction.

0.5 kg – 7.50 USD /kg

1 kg - 15 USD /kg

0.0 – 2.0 kg - 15.00 USD /kg

2.1 – 4.0 kg - 14.00 USD /kg

4.1 kg and more - 13.00 USD /kg

The minimum tariff for the delivery of mobile phones and tablets is 15 USD / pcs. In case that the package weighs more than 1.0 kg, the cost of delivery increases in accordance with the tariff scale.

Insurance – 2,5 % of the declared value of goods (optional)

Repackaging - free of charge (optional)

Photo - 3 USD / pcs. (optional)

Verification - 10 USD / pcs. (optional)

Gift - free of charge. (optional)

Separation - 10 USD / pcs. (optional)

Buyout – 10 % of the total cost of package

Please note that during the calculation of delivery costs, both physical and volumetric weight are taken into account.

Volumetric weight is caluclated with the following formula: lenght (cm)* width (cm)* height (cm) /5000 = volumetric weight of the package (kg).

Paid weight of the package will be the one that is higher.

In case of using the additional service ''Repackaging'' - volumetric weight will not be taken into account. 

The amount of customs clearance, if any, is not included in the transport invoice.

The cost of courier delivery in BiH is not included in the general transport invoice.
